Retail Commission
Stylists who meet their retail sales quota earn 10% commission on qualifying product sales.
Vacation Benefits
For every two years at Alter'D, stylists receive one week of vacation from booth rent, creating a little more freedom to step away and recharge.

Professional back bar products are provided by Alter'D, giving you one less expense and one less thing to manage within your business.
